No one 15 years of age is allowed in the weight room, except with a signed disclaimer after a parent’s meeting with Executive Director.

SPINNING
If you love Spinner® bikes, you are in good company. Across the globe, more than one million Spinning® enthusiasts and indoor bicycle trainers use our Spinner indoor cycling bikes every day. Extreme Training
1) If you are largely familiar with the stable of exercises then start with the WOD (Workout of the Day). If you've had exposure to Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and gymnastics, jump right in. If an exercise is unfamiliar, acquaint yourself with the movement through the video clip for the movement on the exercises section of the site. This option is for those athletes with an extensive experience in athletic strength and conditioning - jump right in.

Conference and Banquet Room
The GBCC's conference and banquet room is available for meetings and occasions.
Swimming Pool
The GBCC's 25-meter tiled swimming pool is available to members for laps and kids' recreational swim.
